Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bildrix (the “Service”), operated by Bildrix (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Bildrix provides software that analyzes construction blueprints to assist with takeoffs and cost estimation. Outputs are generated with the aid of automated and AI systems and are provided to assist your work; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all measurements, quantities, and estimates before relying on them.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload malware or content you are not authorized to share.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Takeoff and estimate outputs may contain errors and are not a substitute for professional judgment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bildrix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on outputs of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
